This Media Policy outlines our editorial standards, operational guidelines, and commitments to our audience, sources, and stakeholders.
This Policy is aligned with the Norms of Journalistic Conduct issued by the Press Council of India (PCI), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws in India.
1. Editorial Independence
- Our editorial decisions are independent and free from influence by advertisers, political parties, corporate entities, or any external interests.
- Sponsored content, advertisements, or native advertising will be distinctly marked as “Sponsored,” “Advertorial,” “Promoted,” or “Advertisement” to ensure transparency.
- No payment or inducement will influence news coverage or editorial content.
2. Accuracy, Verification, and Corrections
- All news reports will be based on verified facts from credible and multiple sources wherever possible.
- We exercise due diligence before publishing information, especially on sensitive or breaking stories.
- In case of errors, we will issue prompt corrections, clarifications, or apologies prominently on the same platform where the original content appeared.
- Rumors, unverified claims, or speculative content will not be presented as facts.
3. Fairness, Balance, and Right of Reply
- We strive to present all relevant viewpoints in controversial matters of public interest.
- Affected parties will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before publication where feasible.
- We avoid undue sensationalism, exaggeration, or headlines that misrepresent content.

- We respect copyright laws and will attribute or seek permission for third-party content, images, or videos.
9. Advertising and Commercial Guidelines
- Advertisements will comply with the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) codes.
- No misleading, surrogate, or prohibited advertisements will be carried.
